How To Control Anger

Anger is a very danger sort of emotional form as it can also damage your inner part of organs like heart, lungs and brain but I think that there is no medicine to control the anger in a real sense but in Buddhism we really had great method to control anger:

Here I have 5 simple ways to control anger according to Buddhism

1. whoever caught in the cycle of existence and influenced by affliction and karma, the anger is natural but is    it good even if it is natural no as it is considered as a poison in our religion and there not a single beneficial from anger and it eats your inner part of body slowly so think the result of anger immediately when you get angry.

2.When you start feeling angry  try deep breathing, positive self talk like" Relax or Take it easy" and try yourself not to think about the current situation and pray your respective mantras.

3. Practice tolerance on such person which makes you feel angry and tolerance is best solution to control the anger and it can give you immense of happiness once your enemy says sorry to you.

4. Always go with truth and reasonable matters which can help you a lots control the anger as you won't feel    regret after you did anything as yours point is truth and it can definitely let think other peoples who did wrong in that case you helped him indirectly not react immediate at case.

5.If  some criticizes you, don't pay attention to the tone,vocabulary, or volume of the voice. Just focus on the content of their criticism. If it is true, there is no reason to get angry and if it is not true then no use to get angry if you react to them it seems that you fulfilled their wish and aim so we must always improve ourselves to gain inner peace.

Above five point are simple and may help you to control anger but always improve your inner love and compassion to other without expectations.
