Problems are the part of our life but how we handle is up to our way of thinking. Someone cannot handle the problems and commits to suicide but someone can handle it so how it happens. According to Buddhism to commit suicide yourself is the biggest sin in our religion and we cannot come our life again as a human being for 5 life times. So, we always think about the second options and that options can safe life of many Buddhist Practitioners and we always think that if anything happen bad in our life at anytime is because of our previous life's did like "every action has their equal and opposite reaction".
Here I have 5 tips to over your problems in you life
1.If you will get a problem compare yourself to a creature which is having more worse condition than you and should feel lucky yourself that you are not in that condition.
2. If you think that you can overcome that problem then no need to worry as you have way but if you think there is no way then there is no use of worrying about it just forget it and think about others.
3. If you will get a problem like you cannot bear than you should think that may be your previous life you have done something wrong and in this life you are paying for it but you have think that there is always end when it starts according Buddhism Concept.
4. If you are very rich and have problems then help the poor peoples and interact with them then you will know what is real life and your value to this world and can give immense of happiness.
5. Last but not least to give positive love and compassion to the others are the key source of happiness.
